| Shipment of Instruments |
GuitarHotline uses FedEx for the shipment of instruments unless other arrangements
are made. We insure all instruments for their full sale value. To protect you, we require
an adult signature at the time of delivery. Please contact us prior to shipment if special
arrangements need to be made.

GuitarHotline offers FREE shipping within the lower 48 states. All others please
inquire about shipping charges.

Use PayPal to make secure transactions without revealing your credit card
number or financial information. To order by phone call us at
888.795.3582 We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express. Money orders and cashier checks are also
welcome. Personal checks must clear prior to shipment.

| Return Policy |
All instruments sold on GuitarHotline are subject to a 24-hour
evaluation period, beginning at the time of confirmed delivery.
Instruments may be returned within that period for any reason
provided they are in their original delivered condition. All returns
are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Call us within the evaluation period at 888.795.3582 to obtain a
Return Authorization Number.
You are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges to return
the instrument to us. Please insure the instrument for its full value.
We cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred in shipment.
The instrument must be in route back to us the first business day
after the RA has been issued. You will be issued a refund less the
restocking fee and orginal shipping and insurance charges after
we have received and inspected the instrument.
