With a design that reflects the golden era of mandolin building, the American Series FO mandolin combines the best traditional construction elements with Breedlove's cutting edge aesthetics and attention to detail. The Breedlove F-style mandolin features a Florentine body design, with a single oval sound hole in the body. The result is a mandolin with a deep, clear voice, and a full range of bass and bright, high end tones. The solid Sitka spruce top and flamed maple back and sides complement these features, and add robust projection. The 13-15/16" scale, 1-3/16" nut width, and 16" radius provides comfort and accessibility when playing up and down the 23 frets. The maple neck, and ebony bridge and fretboard provide amazing clarity and sustain, while also making the mandolin incredibly sturdy. Dressed in a smooth satin fnish, with Gotoh MF40R/MB tuners, and chrome hardware. Includes Breedlove deluxe hardshell mandolin case.

Breedlove mandolins feature a radiused fingerboard for comfort and ease of playability.
