FENDER® Custom Shop 1955 Closet Classic Precision Bass

1951 was the year that saw the debut of a revolutionary new musical instrument - the Fender® Precision Bass®. To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of this remarkable instrument, the Fender® Custom Shop has made an extremely small run (15 total) of the 1955 Closet Classic Precision Bass®. Features include a 2 piece lightweight ash body, 2 Color Sunburst lacquer finish aged with a Closet Classic treatment, '55 maple neck with vintage style frets, vintage style single coil pickup, single ply white pickguard, and vintage style reverse tuners. Also included is a Limited Edition chrome neck plate, Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Edition blonde textured vinyl case with red crushed velvet interior.
