We want you to be happy with your purchase from GuitarHotline. We partner with the best manufacturers to provide the finest merchandise available. We realize, however, that some items just don't suit the purposes for which they were purchased. We are happy to provide refunds, credit or exchanges on our merchandise, subject to the following terms: General Merchandise
With the exception of the items listed below, merchandise purchased from GuitarHotline may be returned for refund, credit or exchange within 10 days from date of purchase, provided it is in fully salable condition and returned with all packaging and accessories. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call us within the evaluation period at 888.795.3582 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges to return the merchandise to us. Please insure the merchandise for its full value. We cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred in shipment. You will be issued a refund less the restocking fee and orginal shipping and insurance charges after we have received and inspected the merchandise.
Instruments
All instruments sold on GuitarHotline are subject to a 24-hour evaluation period, beginning at the time of confirmed delivery. Instruments may be returned within that period for any reason provided they are in their original delivered condition. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Call us within the evaluation period at 888.795.3582 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges to return the instrument to us. Please insure the instrument for its full value. We cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred in shipment. The instrument must be in route back to us the first business day after the RA has been issued. You will be issued a refund less the restocking fee and orginal shipping and insurance charges after we have received and inspected the instrument.
Books, DVDs and CDs
In most cases books are not returnable. DVDs and CDs, including those included as part of instructional packages with books, may be returned through the normal return procedure if they are unopened and in their original condition. Any DVD or CD whose factory seal has been broken can only be exchanged for the same title (and same format) within 10 days from date of purchase if it is defective. You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization Number before you send back a defective title. You will also need to identify the nature of the defect so we can inform the manufacturer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
