Shipment of Instruments

GuitarHotline uses FedEx for the shipment of instruments unless other arrangements are made. We insure all instruments for their full sale value. To protect you, we require an adult signature at the time of delivery. Please contact us prior to shipment if special arrangements need to be made. 

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders

GuitarHotline offers FREE shipping within the United States (All 50 States) for all orders over $99.00. A shipping charge of $8.95 for the lower 48 states or $12.95 for the states of Alaska & Hawaii will be charged for all orders whose total is less than $99.00.

International Orders

GuitarHotline is not currently accepting direct, online International orders from the website due to the complexities involved in determining International shipping rates based on the final weight of the products, shipping method desired, preferred carrier rate and final destination. 

Instead, we suggest that you still utilize the website to determine your product selection, add the desired products to your wish list and then email us for a shipping price quote. We can then email you a final invoice with the shipping charges added to the purchase price of the desired products.

Fender Musical Instrument Corporation (FMIC) products are excluded from international shipping.
