We will normally use FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery.

All instruments sold on GuitarHotline are subject to a 72-hour evaluation period, beginning at the time of confirmed delivery. Instruments may be returned within that period for any reason provided they are in their original delivered condition.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee - if the returned instrument is not in the original condition that we sent it out.
Call us within the 72-hour evaluation period at 888.795.3582 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
You are responsible for the shipping and insurance charges to return the instrument to us. Please insure the instrument for its full value. We cannot assume responsibility for damage incurred during your return shipment.
The instrument must be in route back to us the first business day after the RA has been issued.
After we have received and inspected the returned instrument, you will be issued a refund, less the restocking fee (if applicable), and the original shipping and insurance charges that we incurred shipping the instrument to you.
