- Restocking Fees: There is a 0% restocking fee for all items returned in their original condition. A 10% restocking fee applies only if the instrument is not returned in its original condition.

- How to Initiate a Return: To request a return, call us within the 7-day window at (888) 795-3582 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Instruments must be shipped back to us on the first business day following the issuance of your RA number.
