About This Martin Guitar
1974 Martin D-35 #335212
This guitar is well conserved for it's age! It has a great patina which shows signs of play wear but not abuse.
This guitar had the 70s era production issues and they have been corrected. The saddle slot was filled and recut, and a maple cap was installed on the RW bridgeplate. The original pickguard was replaced with a slightly oversized guard and a cleat was installed where the B string crack was starting to show. The original tuners are replaced with Gold Grovers that show patina. See pictures
The only issue currently is the bridge is cracked flanking both sides of the saddle and will need repaired or replaced. There might be a hairline crack on the back near the treble side, it doesn't flex much but could be something.
It will ship in a modern Martin case.
