From Bedell: Here’s a way to define yourself, to step out from the pack. Go cocobolo! This truly exotic, uniquely dense Central American hardwood splits the atom between rosewood and koa, with a fast, articulate response that just begs for a cutaway to catch every note. Too often overbuilt, Sound Optimization results in thinner gradations that make cocobolo pop. In a dreadnought format, cocobolo—with traces of golden shimmer amidst its haunting dark brown grain—shines, offering up a beautiful, round low end. Adirondack spruce provides all the high overtones and sonic energy you’ll ever need. This limited edition will grow and change with you, adapting to your individual style. Put your mark on the music.
